Data protection
The protection of your personal data is important to us. This statement explains what data we process when you use this site or contact us, for what purpose and what your rights are. It is based on the Federal Data Protection Act (DPA) in force since 1er september 2023 and, where applicable, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data processed by us
- Application for inspection : name, phone number, email address (optional), property concerned, desired day and time.
- Price estimate request : property type, municipality, area, number of rooms, year of construction, condition, as well as your name, email address and/or phone number.
- Direct contact (phone, email, WhatsApp): the data you provide to us yourself.
- Technical Data : during each visit, the server of our host automatically records technical information (IP address, date and time, page viewed, browser type) for security purposes and proper functioning of the site.
3. PURPOSES
We only use your data to respond to your requests, organize visits, make estimates, prepare and execute a brokerage, sale or rental mandate, as well as to ensure the security of the site. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising purposes without your consent.
For persons residing in the European Union, the processing is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures or a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in responding to requests and securing the site (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
4. RECIPIENTS
Your data is only communicated to the service providers necessary for the operation of the site and our messaging service (host, email provider), who are bound by confidentiality. In the context of a transaction and with your agreement, certain information may be transmitted to the persons directly concerned (owner, notary, financing institution).
If you choose to write to us via WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp (Meta Group) on its own terms and privacy policy; data may then be processed outside Switzerland, including in the United States.
Overseas Transfer
Our host is established in the European Union, whose level of data protection is recognized as adequate by the Federal Council. We do not transfer your data to other countries, subject to the use of WhatsApp described above.
shelf life
Requests that do not result in a mandate or transaction are deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact. Documents related to a mandate or a transaction are kept for the duration imposed by law (in principle 10 years for accounting documents).
7. Cookies and local storage
This site does not use advertising cookies or statistical tools. Strictly technical cookies are only used for people logged in to the administration area. When you bookmark an item, this information is only saved in your browser and is not shared with us. The fonts and the interactive map are hosted on our own servers: no data is transmitted to Google or another provider when it is displayed.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss, unauthorised access and misuse, including exchange encryption (HTTPS) and restricted access to requests received.
9. Your Rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, object to processing or request the delivery of your data in a standard format, within the limits provided for by law. Just write to us at info@lusaimmo.com ; we will normally respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Transparency Officer (PFPDT, www.edoeb.admin.ch) or, if you reside in the European Union, with the supervisory authority of your country.
10. Changes
We may adapt this statement at any time, particularly in the event of changes to the site or legislation. The version published on this page is authentic.
